Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-Show Policy: Appointments that are not attended without any prior communication are considered “no-shows”. A no-show will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s) to compensate for the time reserved.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
We understand unexpected circumstances can arise. To avoid these fees, please provide notice by calling, texting, or using our online booking system. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client.
